Probably yes. Prince Hotels stopped refusing guests just for having tattoos at its baths and pools from July 2026, but some properties are excluded, so check with the hotel.

Seibu Prince Hotels notice (1 Jul 2026): 「刺青・タトゥーがあることのみを理由としてご利用をお断りすることはございません」 for its pools and bath facilities, phased in from 1 July 2026; use may be partly restricted depending on the situation, and 「一部の運営施設につきましては、本運用変更の対象外となる場合がございます」. Confirm with the hotel.
